Tracey did a deep clean in every room of our property in preparation for sale. The property is currently unoccupied and we do not live in the area. Tracey was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to get a copy of the key from the estate agent, visit the property and then arrange for a new key to be cut. She was highly proactive in suggesting ideas to show the property at its best and the deep clean really transformed the property. Tracey also arranged for a plumber to fix a tap and is keeping the property tidy with weekly visits. Communications have also been excellent and done in a friendly and courteous manner. I didn't really believe that my old cottage could benefit from a "deep clean" but Tracey and her enthusiastic company proved me wrong! Everything was tackled, from the long-term stains on the kitchen diner to the mould in the shower -- and the greasy oven is like new. All the 'normal' cleaning left the place sparkling and has inspired me to keep it that way. Tracey even gave me more space with a few minor movements of furniture... and left various vases of fresh flowers on completion.

As I live three hours away from the caravan, it's not easy for me to go to check all is well, so it's important to be able rely upon and trust my cleaner to do a good job.
